Perceptive was established by Peter Prior-Mills, who was trained by the Kaizen Institute and has over 10 years of experience in implementing Kaizen and Lean based process improvement to a variety of service sector businesses including IT consultancy, distribution, and business to business services.

Peter works as an independent consultant or, when required, with the assistance of a selection of other Kaizen trained consultants.
